where do you ship to?
We currently only ship to Canadian addresses.
We offer complimentary standard shipping within Canada on orders of $250 CDN or more (not including discounts and tax).
We only offer pick-up for products in our Wine Shop.
what is your return policy?
Online purchases may be returned to Touch Massage Bar store location or by mail, within 14 days of the purchase date, for store credit only. Goods must be unopened,unused, undamaged and in its original packaging.
Sales are final on all candles, incense, gift cards and sale and promotional items.
You will be responsible for paying for return shipping costs.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
